I chose the screen-name "drowninginart" in honor of " The Art of Drowning", the masterpiece by AFI.My real name is Desiree.Call me Desi. I'm Mexican- American. I'm short with dark brown hair and big brown eyes. I do pretty good in school except for geometry. I suck at math. I love to listen to music and japenese food. I idolize my mom and Amy Lee....I'm pretty shy when meeting new people but I'm becoming more outgoing. I have an adorable puppy named Roxy. I'm weird but apparenty thats why people love me.

Listening to music, reading, writing stories, drawing, watching movies(anything directed by Tim Burton or with Johnny Depp in it), ( and if I see gore it's only in pictures, if I see really gory things in motion I get sick )getting good grades, hanging out with friends, anime, the theatre( performing and watching), boys, girls, boys, girls, boys...I like dark things such as goth, emo, vampires but at the same time I love bright things except for bright clothes or pastels.. eck!
